iliekrpYeah, totally didn't do this in 30 consecutive days. Whatever. I'm a rule breaker. And lazy. Mostly lazy.
DAY 03 - What are the inspirations for your characters' usernames?
Usually, I'm a fan of punny, or at least clever, usernames. Ngl, I've delayed turning in applications just because I haven't come up with a clever username yet. It seems dumb, but it helps me get psyched for the character. And, I just like to laugh at my own dumb jokes. A couple of my favorites are "wotcher_fall" (Tonks) and "dearhart" (James)
Also, I like to make usernames that thematically match the characters they are linked to (siblings, significant others, etc). So, "bravesirfrank" and "theladyalice" with Alex's Frank Longbottom and my Alice Longbottom, or "practicemakes," "perfectionist," and "imperfectionist" for Megan's Ace Boot, Jillian's Michaela Boot, and my Clare Boot.
